Our sliding door wouldn’t close and I had no idea what to do. I called & the owner said he just had a baby a few days ago, but offered to come over during the baby’s nap time that same day. He was very kind, honest, and I felt safe. A family guy who spoke lovingly of his wife & kids. He fixed the door within minutes & looked at the pre-existing track issue. He offered to fix it & did so very quickly. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I recently had A&R Patio Door Repair fix two pocket doors that did not close smoothly and regularly fell off the track. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the experience with their company. Their team is extremely professional and cares deeply about the quality of their work and their customers. Their team installed a new track and new rollers. All of this was done without having to tear up the dry wall by using this cool proprietary technology with a tool that had a camera attached allowing them to see their work behind the wall. Now the doors work great. Their company has my highest recommendation!

I cant speak highly enough of David with A&R. He was quick in his responses, well priced, professional and did a fantastic job. We had a 3 panel (very old) sliding glass door that wouldn't even open, and within no time at all it was working perfectly. Don't spend a bunch getting a door replaced when these guys will make it like new.

Seriously, the door actually works TOO WELL. We have to make a very conscience effort to not slam it open or closed! I lived with this bum door before coming across a recommendation for Fred. The door took a fair amount of effort and honestly, we would go through the house and out a different door to avoid using it. Fred and his wife showed up as promised and were wrapped up quickly and efficiently. They cleaned and refurbished the track, replaced the rollers on the slider, and gave me tips on future maintenance. My only disappointment is their work is so good, I don’t see me being able to use them again! But I can leave a review instead. Hands down, if your sliding patio door doesn’t operate with one finger, give A&R a call.

THE BEST!!! Our sliding glass door had come to a grinding halt. Called around to every door repair in the area and received mostly salty responses and outrageous quotes. David was professional and personable. When the door was to the point that I felt was "good enough" David made sure it was "perfect". Now our dog can enjoy the patio and the sunshine once again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
