This is a great estate sale company. They travel to a great many areas in central Florida to serve your needs. They are very professional and the staff is extremely friendly. Their staging of the homes are done very tastefully and pricing is great. I highly recommend them.

When my stepfather passed away and we needed to move Mom to Virginia fairly quickly, we called on Kim and Susan at A Fabulous Find. And they WERE fabulous from beginning to end. They made time to meet with us when we were in Florida and then they took charge. Once we moved mom and the belongings she wanted to take to Virginia, they came in and organized and staged the house for the sale. They posted photos to advertise and held a three day sale. Afterwards they donated what didn’t sell and left the house “broom swept” just as they said. Our realtor and neighbors were amazed at how hard they worked. What a blessing they were. 1000% recommend! Thank you so much!

Susan and Kim had an estate sale at our father's house. They did a fabulous job from the initial contact, sorting and pricing items and holding the sale! Susan and Kim and their whole team were very professional! After the sale, they handled the donation of the items that didn't sell and the complete clean out and clean up of house! We were happy with the results of the sale and received our share of the money within a week. We would highly recommend them if you need their services! We couldn't have done it without them!

One of the most nicely laid out and most organized sales I've been to! Signs clear and direct. Prices were amazing. Kim and Susan were beyond great and kind! I bought the most AMAZING Sleep Number bed from them and I can't wait to go back to another sale!

We used a Fabulous Find for an estate sale we had in Wekiva. Everything from start to finish was professionally handled with respect and dignity. We met with five different estate sale companies and this was far and away the best one. For me attitude and kindness goes a long ways and from the moment I met them I knew this was who I wanted to represent us.

The set up was fantastic, they took a lot of time pricing everything out and the very few items left were donated to a great local charity. In one week they took an entire house, staged it, advertised it, sold it, and cleared the entire house in one week and I didn’t have to lift a penny.

I would highly recommend them for your estate sale needs.
