Me and my son stop in to see what they had in stock. We were greeted by Chris he was very knowledgeable and helped us with every car that we looked at. He was honest with us about what was wrong with the car that we wanted. The air conditioner was not working all that great he said he would fix it and he did he put a brand new compressor on the car for us. The air works great the car drives and handles beautiful. I felt like he was honest and sincere. I would recommend anybody go there to buy a car. I will be returning there myself to see Chris the next time I need one. Thank you for the buying experience. Financed a 2012 ford fiesta. Was told the only thing wrong with it was a leaking hose, which was fixed then and there. The NEXT day the cars engine light comes on. Chris downplays it as if it’s not that big of an issue. I take it to a mechanic and they tell me the head gasket is blown and it needs a new transmission. It hasn’t even been a month and apparently I can’t have my money back or get a different vehicle. 1700 stolen.

Came here looking for a dodge charger, looked around at everything on there lot and everything has some kinda issues with it. Their grass is so high it ain’t funny. At this point their running a junk yard not a dealership. I don’t recommend. My dad also got cut up on something while here as well.

My wife and I went in and had a great buying experience with Chris. I went in to look at one of my favorite cars and ended up leaving the same day with my favorite car a 2011 Ford Mustang. I know a Guy has a big inventory. Affordable prices and easy, low payments, Chris made it easy and simple low down payment no huge dealer fees like those other dealers. Thank you I Know A Guy we will definitely be back for a second vehicle. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I recommend stopping by check them out.

Would highly recommend! We purchased a dodge ram a few years ago and it was a great price and the staff was friendly. Chris answered all of our questions and got us on the road. Truck is still doing great today!!!! We went back today and same experience. We purchased a car for our son and the payments are within his capacity working a part time job after school. I have nothing bad to say about this car lot and I will always recommend! With the prices and quality of used cars around Lakeland that we have looked at this was our best choice! Thanks chris!!!

Huge buyer beware. They seem pleasant enough when you’re in the searching and purchase process when they want your money. However they sell lemons and do not stand by their cars and neither will their fake warranty. I paid 2000 down on a 2015 dodge journey that I drove for 3 days before the motor blew. The first day I got it, it began running hot before I got home. The owner had me bring it back and he fixed the thermostat and sent me on my way. I am driving home the next day and it begins running hot, again. At this point I call the owner back and he tells me to drive it to him (knowing it is running hot) I start driving to him and the car shuts off and is smoking so I called him again and told him what happened - the car cools down and is able to start again and he again knowing what happened says “you’re only 5 minutes away let’s try and get it here” motor blows and I’m told not to worry, the warranty will cover it. Long story short, after the car sitting at the shop they sent it to and them making me spend money on parts “to rule out potential problems” (warranty did not cover this and none of it was resolved) they decided it needed a new motor and the car sat for over a month untouched. “I know a Guy” was less than helpful during this time. Could not put me in a new car despite all the money I had spent to drive a car for 3 days. Could not refund the down payment. And was ultimately chalked to a loss. No car, no money returned. Stay away. They do not care about or the cars they put you in once they have money in hand. Very very shady business practice. BUYER BEWARE
