일본 로컬 그대로의 분위기를 즐길 수 있는 니혼슈바 입니다. 일본어를 잘하지 못해도 손님들과 사장님이 배려해주시며 즐길 수 있도록 도와줍니다.

아키타현의 니혼슈를 즐길 수 있으며 간단한 요리도 맛볼 수 있습니다. 아늑한 분위기로 니혼슈를 즐길 수 있어서 정말 기뻤습니다.

기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 일본어가 조금은 가능하다면 꼭 방문하시기를 추천합니다.

Great host, good variety of delicious sake. I was impressed by the huge variety of food that was prepared just on the counter. A nice mapo tofu dish, some yaki-onigiri and a kind of carbonara that smelled really delicious.
The japanese crowd I met there was also fun to chat with.

This is a cool spot in a basement with limited seats. The host is helpful and accommodating. It was really fun to watch him cook right in front of us. He was even making tofu from scratch! (Don't see that often in the mid-west US). We were 2 of 4 ppl there at the time. He and the other 2 people were fairly engrossed in the anime on TV. We enjoyed the soothing ambiance and the ability to carry on quiet and private conversations.

氣氛溫馨的在地小店，而且開到很晚
即使不是本地人，老闆也親切的使用翻譯軟體溝通
店裡有非常多秋田的清酒可以選擇
特別喜歡Yamamoto pure black
謝謝老闆讓我剛到日本馬上洗掉了旅程的疲憊。漢堡排也很好吃喔！

I want to second the opinion of the first reviewer. I came because of their review and the owner was kind and gracious. It was a perfect place to relax and interact with some fun locals. The food was excellent, and the variety of sake was a journey of discovery. I was looking for a chill welcoming place open late away from Golden Gai and this place was perfect! Thank you!
