Great experience with very nice people. I emailed to ask for a quote after my Brother home printer jammed, and Lindsey responded right away. Dropoff was easy and the machine was fixed in just one business day. When I picked it up, the technician, Jake, took the time to walk me through what had happened and show me how to troubleshoot for next time. Repair price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our printer encountered a hard error yesterday. One call to Laser Service, Inc. and they sent a repair person first thing in the morning today and we're back up & running! And for WAY less than buying a new printer. And they also provide toner cartridges for WAY less than an office supply store. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them for all future printer issues. Special thanks to Beverly and Lindsey for their prompt and courteous service!

I normally dont repair computers, monitors or printers, but I had a small print quality problem and the authorize service team shared that Laser Service Inc was their repair shop. I have my big annual project due tomorrow so i dropped off and picked up a couple hours later. Got to meet 4 of their team members and EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. I had a serious problem with my HP 8600 Premium Printer. Had HP dial into my system and try to fix it. They told me I needed a new printer. I wanted a second opinion so I called Laser Service and spoke to Beverly.
She was extremely professional and sent me to Jake the inkjet tech. Jake was also very professional, listened to my issue and gave me some fixes to try. I followed his guidance and my printer is now fixed because of Jake and Beverly. Highly recommend Laser service!

I needed an emergency printer repair In the midst of the of the virus shut down and Lindsey and the great people at Laser Service came through, getting a "no contact" repair which required ordered parts completed quickly and efficiently. Great service and great people to deal with.

Beverly at Laser Service was able to walk me through on the phone what I can do to figure out what was causing smearing with my Brother printer. She even suggested something with the help of a passing technician so that all I had to do was get a new drum and did not have to take my printer to be looked at their office. It works great now.
