My AC unit stopped blowing air a few days ago, and a friend of mine referred me to ‘A Stepping Stone’ for service. I emailed a request for service to them on Sunday night and received a call first thing Monday morning. Tom arranged for a technician to come out a few hours later. Technician Josh did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and providing me with a repair estimate. The following morning technician Jimmy arrived with a replacement blower. He performed the repair and a very comprehensive maintenance service on the system. My AC was back up and running within a few hours. Having dealt with 3 or 4 different AC service companies in the past, finding one that I can trust is my top priority. I definitely felt that I was treated with honesty and fairness throughout the entire process. The ‘A Stepping Stone’ team members are very professional in their work. The service technicians are extremely skillful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I'm a long time customer of this company and they have always served me well. From the moment Josh showed up to fix my AC, we made a connection. He explained everything he had to do and assured me he could get it done in less than the allotted time. He wasn't wrong. Josh is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area before he left. My unit is under their maintenance plan which saved me $160 and covers routine maintenance to ensure my unit is working efficiently. They have excellent technicians, especially Josh and Dean, excellent service, and they respond quickly when i need them. I would definitely recommend A Stepping Stone for your AC needs.

It was very easy to make an appointment. They followed up with a reminder text and on day of service technician Sean text when he was on his way. Sean arrived within the appointment window and was very professional. He explained what the service call was for and proceeded to do the work.
