These guys have the best service. Always quick and pleasant to work with. Even had an issue with a package once (I send a ton of packages through them and otherwise have had perfect experience) and they were able to immediately find the package, fix the problem, and everything taken care of (thank you Omar!) Prefer them over going to fedex or UPS stores

My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. I'm so glad that I sent my package here and anytime I need packages received in New York City, even if I'm far away in Manhattan or somewhere else, I'll make sure to come here. Thank you so much.
