An aim for dismissing my presence, even as the only customer. No acknowledgement approaching the counter, during transaction or when finished. None. My warmth, greeting… my “thank you” found no reaction. I felt what might be bigotry, (could be wrong) totally unexpected/unnecessary, particularly in a routine stop at a package store.

I have been using this facility for approximately 6 months. Their service gives me peace of mind because I get a lot of deliveries and had a problem with porch bandits. In addition, the staff has always been very polite and helpful. My only issue is that I can never reach them by telephone.

I went to this location today and had a AMAZING EXPERIENCE of customer service with Mimi. She had a welcoming smile, grest attitude, polite, and willing to help me if I needed any help. I have trained customer service and engagement for years and this was beyond what I thought I would receive after looking at the NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Chyna came in later and was just as pleasant. They are truly an GREST ASSET to IMAIL. That’s why it’s always better to visit for yourself. This will not be my last time coming to this location.. DO NOT SHIP HERE! I attempted to pick up a package I dropped off at Imail on Friday morning. The Imail website stated the carrier pickup times as Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon (no pickup Sunday). After it had not been picked up Friday or Saturday, I stopped by Sunday to retrieve the shipment. The employee refused to give me my package even after I explained the situation to her. I could see my package on the shelf so I went to show her that it was still here. She shoved me several times. There’s security footage in the shop and although, I’d love to press charges, I prefer not to involve law enforcement in neighborhood conflicts. She proceeded to call her mother and friends to come to the store and threaten me. They screamed at me while threatening physical violence. In the end, another employee came in and calmly handed me my package without a threat or attitude. This second employee’s actions were proof that this could have been a seamless transaction had the other employee not been incompetent or violent. IF YOU ARE A MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS STORE PLEASE CONTACT ME.

I sent a package Fedex that was supposed to arrive in 2 days, paying $75 for the service. It now tracks as arriving in 3 days, which would have cost $29. I was told to "call FedEx". IMail takes your money then offer zero customer service when something goes wrong.

This store is great I can get everything I need done all in one place. I enjoy the people that work there, they are amazing helpful and will even hold a conversation with you. That's the kind of service I love to see. They will forever have my business, every time a friend or anybody I know needs to print anything I tell them about this location.

you guys are a bunch of bullies. Stop harassing this business. Be grown adults and take responsibility for your actions.

I was actually at the imail location during the same time as CASSANDRA. that lady had no right to be passed that line that the employee told her she can not cross but still proceeded to cross that line to try and get her package. The employee told her multiple time to wait until she’s able to get her the package. I myself told her to come from back there but she also didn’t listen to me. I also went to the door after she had left out to tell her just to go now since she received her package that was given to her. She then proceeded to tell me to mind my business this has nothing to do with me and that I needed to go back inside. She try to escalate the situation by not getting on her Bicycle and going away. BUT I STILL RATE THIS STORE/ SERVICE A 5 STAR BECAUSE CUSTOMER ISN'T ALWAYS RIGHT. WE ARE ALL ADULTS AT THE END OF THE DAY AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD ACTUALLY BE PATIENCE AND CONTROL THEMSELVES.

Gets the job done - copies were clean and computers virus-free. They charged for a single minute of computer time so I could pull up the print job. Somewhat of a stingy policy, but at least the staff was friendly.
