This is place to go when you want the best of everything including customer service. They are attentive, have a great selection, and are so knowledgeable . Our consultant was great and so was the manager Isaac. Definitely recommend and will go back for my next project.

Went in looking for a part I couldn't find around town for my hot water on demand hookup. Went around the store a few times with the representative. He tried hunting in back and was trying to see if they could find it online to order it for me. As a last ditch effort before I left he was like let's ask Dan (he a former plumber). Dan cast a glance at the part that we had no idea what to call it. He was like it's dimetric and we've got a whole wall full. Thanks to Dan's lifetime of knowledge I was able to get the parts I needed 🙂

Our salesperson was Christian and he was patient, helpful and kind. We had to order quite a bit for a bathroom remodel and he showed us different options, let us take our time, let us know prices up front and was helpful with design. We also received the majority of the items the next day, which was a happy surprise. They have live shower wands and faucets so you can see how they are, which was helpful.

We bought all our kitchen appliances and bathroom faucets from Ferguson. We dealt with Arslan, he was our go to person. Upon delivery, our refrigerator door had a dent in it. This was in the summer of 2021. We emailed Arsalan on a regular basis looking for get this replacement door. Crickets. I also, just like Kathy never got ANY invoices! Very suspicious.

We still have not received the replacement door and it is nearing the end of 2023. My husband reached out to the manager there who mentioned that Arsalan was no longer with Ferguson.
He offered his help, but again, nothing but false promises. Terrible customer service and do not deliver on warranty promises. Would not recommend.

My wife and I are doing an addition on our first home and decided to visit the Ferguson showroom in Tinley Park. Upon arrival to the showroom, we were immediately blown away - the place is immaculate! Even more impressive than the store itself was the outstanding quality of service. We sat down with Mac Tracy (whom I believe manages the store) and Megan for our appointment and within a minute had bottled water and our choice of coffee in front of us. They were both intensely engaged and invested in our project from the very beginning and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

For over two hours, Mac and Megan energetically walked us through the entire showroom helping make difficult decisions extremely simple with their knowledge and patience. On top of being so knowledgeable, they were extremely nice and made the experience a blast. At one point, Mac even hopped in a floor model bathtub, “for reference”. Absolutely outstanding!!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the decisions we made for our addition and are so thankful to Mac and Megan for making it such a phenomenal experience. We truly enjoyed the process and will be coming back for all future projects!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, Light Gallery in Tinley Park. At first, things seemed promising when I met with Arselen to pick out everything I needed. He appeared to be kind and helpful. However, the nightmare began after I placed my order. It was nearly impossible to reach Arselen when issues arose with my orders. I kept requesting invoices but never received them. Communication was a constant struggle, and it was only after a while that I found out Arselen was no longer there. The manager, Joseph, was supposed to help me, but he was just as unresponsive. I even suspect I was overcharged and that’s why I kept requesting the invoice. Arselen promised to send them over… he never did. Joseph mentioned that “Arselen is no longer with them because he is a liar”. I was also entitled to a rebate for my JennAir kitchen appliances, but once again, no invoices were provided, so I have no idea if I received it. To make matters worse, I returned a few items that didn't work out, and when Joseph asked me how much I was owed, he wanted me to estimate it. That's not how it should work; it should be based on the actual invoice. Joseph eventually claimed they owed me a little over $260 for the returns. He said they will send out a check, this was over a month ago and I have yet to receive anything. I reached out to him last week, but he never got back to me. The level of customer service with those two individuals is appalling, and I strongly advise against dealing with this location. The problems began from the very start and have continued throughout. I just want to receive my invoice, so if anyone overlooking this store is reading this and is able to actually assist me, then please let me know.

This place is the best. I moved into my first home and that alone can be daunting. I wanted new light fixtures, kitchen hardware, bathroom fixtures, and everything else. I came to this showroom and I could not have received a better experience. They have it all. I even ended up getting a new grill and kitchen faucet.

I worked with Mack. Again, could not have had a better experience. He helped match the faucet color to my kitchen hardware, and gave me all sorts of options and insight into materials and features. When the faucet was delayed, I asked Mack for an update. Guess what the faucet showed up the next day! Coincidence? I don’t know, but Mack was on top of things. When I had some questions about the dimensions of the grill, Mack was on the phone with the manufacturer to make sure it would fit in my space. The grill had to be hauled all the way up four flights of stairs to a roof deck. Mack made sure the delivery was done and they delivery guys were fantastic. They were all smiles and they didn’t they complain about carrying a 300 pound grill up four flights in June.

Not once did Mack ever make me feel like I was asking too many questions or that I was being a bother. He honestly has made my new home experience so much easier.

If you need anything for your house or apartment, I would come here. Skip the hardware store. This place has more variety, waaaaaayy better quality, the staff is super knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile for you.

I will be back, ….as soon as I finish installing everything that I picked up the last time I was here.

Amazing experience!!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ferguson during our kitchen remodel. WOW, just overall superior customer service, a gorgeous show room and an amazing selection of quality products! Shoutout to Mack Tracey who manages the branch! What a great guy! He was super helpful to us and we are so grateful! Highly recommend Ferguson for all your remodeling needs!!
