I am giving 1 star because I cannot rate them any lower. We pay $13 per month and you would think we pay $1300 per month the way they harass us and file liens and lie to the city’s code enforcement department. Their record keeping is also shameful. I have been receiving letters for non payment for 2021 and have consistently provided proof I paid the entire year upfront in January. Whoever is on this board should be fired or resign. I truly wish there was a way to fire the management company. I am at the point I no longer enjoy living in this community because of the management company.

Welleby management association does not take care of there properties. My girlfriend lives in Greadiar Lakes and the fences are falling apart, the tennis court has weeds growing in it. It’s really poorly managed and they have partnered with a parking lot monitoring company to tow cars which I think is not a bad idea for keeping the place from having broken down cars and such but they have made guidelines which residents never received. I reviewed the tow truck company Sonic Immobilization services location which picked up my car out of an assigned parking space because I backed in. Below is my review of Sonic Lock N Tow. Way to treat the people who pay your salaries.

These people are a predatory tow company. My girlfriend who lives in Grenadier Lakes which is run by Welleby management association asked me to park in her assigned parking space for the unit she resides in. I had tools I use in my profession so I backed my vehicle up in the assigned parking space. Unloaded my tools and belongings to keep them safe. I went to bed and woke up early to do some work and saw that my car missing. I woke my girlfriend to ask her if she moved my car which she had not. I located my keys and told her that I was going to call the police which she said I should first contact the towing company which post signs around the property. Apron reaching them they acknowledged they had towed my vehicle because it was illegally parked. I explained that the vehicle was in the assigned spot for the residence. They told me that the vehicle was backed into the spot and the monitoring company for the association contacted them. They stated the tow fee was $130.52 and storage fees would start if I didn’t pick my car up. Disbelief of what kind of scab organization was behind something like that. I arrived at there location one hour after they had towed my car and was forced to pay a fee of $130.52 and if using a credit card it would be +3%. They asked for my registration which was in my car. They wouldn’t allow me to retrieve it, I was not allowed on the lot but they would take my keys and rifle through my glove box and get it for me (because I backed in). If out of sheer principle of how they do business I how this review will dissuade you from ever using any services from this company. They have no signs that indicate your vehicle has to be parked forward or any rules indicating stipulations on grounds for towing your vehicle.

There's not one issue that this management company resolves. The lights in the parking area do not come on until well after dark. Safety issue! There aren't nearly enough recycling bins to accommodate the community. The tennis court has sat dormant and unkept for many years (could be more parking, as the parking is terrible). They do maintain the grass...2 or 3 times a week. Looks like money laundering to me. Can we have some lighting in our parking lots, please?!

If I could give a - star rating I would. They are very unprofessional, rude and honestly seem to be a selected amount of individuals seeking power and control. They continue to target me and pick and change rules based on their feelings. Someone should seriously consider a lawsuit.

You pay $1,100+ is association fees every year for them to tell you how to live your life. They’re inconsideration during our religious practices during the death of my grandmother are not respected, something as simple as a 10x10 canopy in our front yard is putting us in risk of being fined and a potential lien on your home. They apply fines and with out ample communication or common courtesy towards the very people who are paying their fair share. I would NOT recommend living under Welleby’s management to ANYONE. They don’t know how to treat people.

Front desk lady is amazing but... Management office..."Sal": The word professional should be taken off this company's voicemail. This sir Sal has 0 professionalism. He refused to help, answer the phone and hangs up if he feels like. I never leave reviews but it is important for me to share this information since it is coming from a real estate professional. God be with our borrowers. Sal; i cannot explain my disappointment. I hope one day... you be happy.
