Had the honor of working with Alison! When I say honor I mean honor! She went above and beyond in assisting me with opening my account. She took the time to explain what documents they could accept she explained the accounts and benefits! After selecting my account she assisted me the entire way and got the account open. Very smooth and friendly process highly recommended thank you for assisting me 🙂

I visited this branch on Friday, August 30th, 2024. Upon entering I already got the unwelcoming vibe. The woman who helped me immediately blared out, "How can I help you?" with an attitude like she was bothered that we were there 30 minutes before closing. Not a hi or a how are you. Once the transaction was complete, she didn't even say thank you or have a good day. The worst customer service I've ever received at Southland. Avoid this branch at all costs. The Carson and Downey branch have THE BEST customer service. Maybe this lady should connect with them for some pointers 🙂

No parking. I work close to this branch but never been cost the last time I was there I couldn’t access the bank due to poor entry.

I was a member for about a decade. I recently closed my account. They had charged me for paper statements I never even wanted. They once canceled my debit card without notice leaving me stranded. And their rates are dismal. Seriously, use anyone but this place.

The location of this branch has become from bad to worse with respect to accessibility and convenience. There is no parking available for their customers in this building. Second, it inside the Federal Building. You have to fall in line and have to go through security which is more stringent than when you go through our airports. On the other hand, the bank is in a more secure place. If it were not for good customer service i would have given this a 1 star.

It took excessive attempts to finally have someone contact me. After speaking to management who were still not able to find solution and refused to take responsibility for their mistake, I was finally contacted by Becky which provided a resolution I am satisfied with. Thank you very much Becky, for acknowledging the mistake made and providing a solution. I will continue being a member being hopeful to better service in the future, by employees at ALL levels.

Racist people. If you are black or white do not go here because they will treat you like a low level slave especially the assistant manager and the manager will just stick by what she says because they are in cahoots

Avoid this branch if you can.!!! It is located in a Federal Building and will require you to go through security. Take off you shoes, belt, scanner, etc. All these just to be able to enter the Credit Union. They couldn't have not picked a worst place. I almost forgot, be prepared to wait in line to enter the building, just like going through the airport.
