El peor banco del mundo, siempre retienen mis cheques por días, y no dan explicación para ello ..además de que están cerrando las puertas antes de las 5 acaso no quieren trabajar ? En mi día libre iré a cerrar mi cuenta con ellos

This bank really annoying. LAST CHECK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!.. getting shopping done. And they told be I spent a limit. How is there a spending limit on my own money! WTH! That is there stupidest thing O ever heard. They sey it's for "my protection". But it's seems like this inconvenience is for the banks protection! I'm so mad right now! I guess I'll wait til tommorow to use my own money........

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst bank ever. I had my card compromised twice and when you try and make an appointment to see someone they make you wait hours and then can’t figure out how to help. The atm machines have been out of money at least 4 times at both locations. What bank does that? Stay away!!! Tfcu is awful. And they NEVER got my money back for me after my card was compromised.

this has to be the worst bank on the planet. I couldn’t imagine a bank worse than this. They make online baking, exceptionally difficult and stressful. I have been trying to connect an external bank for almost a year now, and I have still yet to be successful. I will be closing my account today.

We made an appointment, arrived early, then waited for over 30 minutes past our appointment time despite asking multiple times if there was someone available to assist us. There were 3 managers standing around doing nothing. The teller eventually told us she didn't know what they were doing and we could reschedule if we liked. What a waste of a morning. Don't bother coming here.

I came here to get a debit card after losing one mind you TFC you was pushing back this from happening because they said at every bank their card machine wasn’t working. I decided to come here and the big woman with the glasses decided to help out other people who came in acted like I wasn’t sitting there until I had to sit up. She told me there was only one woman in who could help me and pointed her out I saw her with other members, so I decided to wait. This woman told me I wouldn’t be able to be help till after 5:30 PM. It wasnt even 5 pm yet so I asked her if the woman finished before her appointment if I could see her in between since I would be willing to wait. another woman came to replace her position and told me that I could be helped in between, but instead her and a third woman decided to come towards the front desk and just speak to each other while I was waiting and while the fact that the worker was done working and also open to take another client, I could have easily been helped but they wasted ten more minutes right before the time of the appointment I’m tired of (TFCU) banks taking up my time with or without an appointment there’s always an issue and the fact that every location was having an issue and I had to wait a week is so ridiculous.

Port Jefferson branch is horrible. The teller they have is the slowest person I have ever seen. Went 2 times to cash checks and couldn’t get it done. Fist time left after waiting 30 min with only 3 people in front of me. 2nd time walked in and was told she was going on break and no one to cover her by a manager that I’m sure could have continued serving customers. I’m not sure if I’m gonna continue banking with them because I have to travel far to go to another branch which I will say are all

I honestly don't know why I bank here after 18 years. In the last 6 months every attempt at an atm results in me being frustrated. ATMs are broken all 3 every week. You force everyone into telebanking but your machines are broken, how about going back to regular banking if you can't fix your machines. Finally leaving this bank after 18 Years because of its horrendous services.
