My cousins birthday was in the country club and it was very nice. Only issue- there's no kitchen or set up area for food while setting up. No fridge or sink, we had to use bathroom sink to get water. But very clean and nice party room. My only real issue was finding the place. The guard at the gate gave wrong info- i was told 2nd left.. no the place is on the right. No lefts at all. Drove around about 45 min with upset kids. Other then that. Great place for small parties and get togethers. Nice atmosphere

The best kept secret on Long Island. Living here is like living in a country club. It has every amenity - golf course (and you can play with outsiders for really cheap!) indoor & outdoor pool, bowling alley, restaurant, Gated community - with too much to mention. Plus the grounds are kept up fantastically. Easy lifestyle without worry. And inexpensive !!

Love living here due to my wonderful neighbors and for the HOA keeping the grounds immaculate. However, my sections of condos is ran by the Condo 2 board who absolutely don't address issues when contacted. Being a condo owner I am not responsible for the exterior of my unit. There are openings on the exterior since April 2021 where critters are burrowing and I hear them in my walls. They have made there way into my home also!! The condo 2 board has not responded to any of my emails or have been proactive with taking care of this issue. Don't move into Condo 2 units due to the negligence of the board.

A complete nightmare when it comes to parking. Due to the overcrowding with renters, people run out of parking spots in their plaza and begin taking the spots in your parking plaza when they should be parking in the street. There is no assigned parking, but the thing is these folks don’t even live in the plaza that they are parking in. We own here, but can’t park in our own parking plaza? Inexcusable. Complete rehaul of parking policies, building upkeep maintenance, and new board leadership desperately needed!
