After my husband passed away from cancer we had lost everything. And then I found Martha's House where my children and I were welcomed with open arms and given a chance to rebuild our lives. Because of the support we received through the program at Martha's House and from all the amazing staff, I was able to get a car, find a job, and now move into a beautiful townhouse of our own and I did it in only two months time! My children and I are so very grateful for Martha's House, it's the perfect place to go to get help and support to rebuild your life and get back up on your feet. I didn't stay there...they didn't even have the courtesy to call me after the review and say Yes or No we've decided against having you stay at Martha's House! I just found housing elsewhere and went on with my life. Each time I drive by there I ask the LORD to help me to forgive their short- sightedness and concentrate on the Blessings in my life.

I never thought I would find a safe place to be. I am so grateful for Martha's House. It's a great service for those of us in need and I will always do what I can to contribute and help with the homeless.

I never lived here and I propbably never would. The beds are bunk beds made for children. They look to be full sized beds. No oven or stove the rooms may as well be for kids.

If you go there for help somehow you need a family with you they ain't just going to help homeless people... It seems like there's a long list of paperwork and ID you'll need

Its not really a homeless shelter even though it says that it has showers for the homeless. Its a shelter for families and ammenities for those famolies that stay there.
