It has been nearly two months since a staff member at Cyprus Credit Union willingly disclosed my personal information to a stranger. Despite filing a police report and repeatedly contacting the branch, no one from the security team has addressed this serious breach. Cyprus Credit Union shows no concern for the security of its members, nor do they take responsibility for their actions. Their slogan, "Your future is our future," rings hollow in light of their careless handling of my personal information. Avoid this credit union if you value your privacy and security.

Both regular tellers were busy so the sweet girl who was at the drive through window saw me waiting and quickly completed my transaction with a smile ?

We had a very large check to deposit. On Saturday we went to 3 or 4 Cyprus banks but all computers were down. The last bank we went to offered to call us if the computers came back up which was great because they called while we were still in the area. This saved us an extra drive and we were able to get check deposited so hold time would start. Funds were available much earlier than the possible 7 day hold.

If they have 0 stars i would have done i spent 1 hour driving around to 3 locations to deposit cash and none of their atms lets you do it and i have to make payment today on my fast loan but nope waste of time i will never recommend anyone going to this bank im closing my account for sure never again!
