I’m grateful to the hard-working people who addressed my concerns. This was a difficult month and this is a difficult restart to a relationship, but they must be thanked and credited for the work they did to address my concerns. I was very angry and very disappointed and very hurt over the course of October as my cat was placed on what I felt was very unnecessary fraud watch, and the funds that my employer had deposited directly to establish a new account or withheld from me, making things extremely difficult, causing me to lose some services that I had temporarily.

However, survivability in tenuousness in a desire to see things through, allow me to find a way as well as the credit union to do it diligence, which, despite my disappointment was necessary

I have decided to open an account and continue my relationship, and I know that the future going forward will be when I have wanted it, and I am honored to have seen my way through the difficulties and be given a chance to open an account and continue to build a reputation and credit with this credit union

This is a terrible credit union when it comes to expediency and communication. Apparently my account was flagged for fraud suddenly and no one can take my calls quickly.

I am Very upset because I no longer have any access to the funds I had deposited from my employer.

I am furthermore told I may need to wait up to 45 days because the horrific and inefficient department cannot validate my account sooner

All accounts involved have my name on them. This is outrageous.

I may lose my cell service and my apartment because of this.

The main problem have is that the person supposedly handling the review has received several of my emails, but will not answer the questions directly and does not make communication easily.

They are deliberately holding up the process their maliciously miss using this to cause me great harm I highly suggest anybody that has any of these issues with this credit union seek legal counsel

I think what makes this difficult is that the customer service department is incredibly friendly and very helpful but it's one department that's essentially ruining everything by making things difficult deliberately holding things up it is as if this one person is trying to demonstrate just how destructive they can actually be I understand that there's suspicion for my account.

The problem I have is is that I have sent in documentation numerous times and there's been no follow up. Nothing to indicate whether they've received the documents or not and it took two weeks for them to even remind me they had received it after I had called numerous times...

This is a failure. this is indeed a travesty and I think it's damaging the reputation of some very hard-working people that are built wonderful Credit Union Please do everything you can to remedy this.

Please stop this person from being so destructive and malicious.

I couldn't be more disappointed in a business. Horrible. I applied for a loan from Splash financial (even more horrible) which turned out to be a broker. It took 5 days for them to "confirm" my payment account, even though it's the same one they deposited the loan into. I made a payment, but then they scheduled an additional, automatic payment. I don't pay anything on auto, EVER! I control how I pay, when I pay and how much I pay. You cannot reach anyone, their app is garbage, as well. No ability to do anything. Now I'm stuck. Look at these terrible reviews. No one would choose this company voluntarily, just as I did not choose this company voluntarily. I was on hold for 43 minutes, before I was simply disconnected. I went to the Cupertino,CA branch last week, to send wire transfer . But Mildrid Garingarao , who is the senior manager at that branch, introduces a new policy in front of my face and refused me to send my wire transfer. The funds was deposited using Zelle to my First tech account from my account at another bank. If you use Zelle the funds always become available immediately. But the manager, Mildrid Garingarao, don't want me to use their wire transfer for some reason. And she introduced new policy stating " The funds should be in your account for 10 business day in order to wire transfer them, because Zelle transfer takes 10 business days to clear". Everyone knows Zelle transfers are immediate. I asked her to show me the policy, but she refused to show me because it doesn't exist. I called customer service to ask them about their policy, the customer service agent was surprised and told me such policy doesn't exist. I was very frustrated that the FirstTech CU give the managers so much power to introduce new policies whenever they want. It's like anyone making policies in their own home for their kids. Here also the manager can deny you any service if they don't like you, example if they don't like your dress, They only need to introduce new policy right in front of your face. I was not allowed to wire transfer my money, but I was allowed to withdraw it in cash, doesn't make sense right? It won't make sense because that policy was introduced by that manager to deny me service and probably was deleted the next day. It is like a lawless bank which goes on the will of the managers. Please, don't open account at firstTech, it is not worth the hard-time you get when you need basic services from them, I already paid the price for you. I wish I could give them 0 star.

First Tech Credit Union is so full of it. Earlier this year First Tech CU called me and said my auto loan payment was late. I’ve never been late with payment, l mess NEVER! I contacted my credit union and the pay ment was debited from my account. After approximately 2 hours FTCU told me that the payment was deposited in a share account by mistake. Last night I called to make an early payment and they told me I was 2 months late on my loan payment. I told them they had to have made the same mistake. They checked and surely that was the case. Someone named KJ told me that the mistake could not be corrected until they send it to the credit bureau and they would send a letter to the credit bureau to correct it. Now what kind of a so-called financial institution is that to destroy someone’s credit with their mistake. BEWARE of FIRST TECH CREDIT UNION

This is corporate office. Why do you call it as first tech cu then? Don't you understand that it shows as a branch when you search on google. Wasted my time to get here.
