I went here in the summer of 2024 to consult with a doctor about my snoring. I paid my specialist co-pay and got billed an additional $$$. I was informed that a procedure was done when I called to ask why I was billed so much. I explained that my visit with the doctor was shorter than the wait time in the waiting room to see them, and I didn't have a "procedure." They explained that the procedure was them checking my nose. I was disappointed; if I had known that going to see them and checking my nose was an additional charge, I would have never gone.

Also, when I called them to ask about it, the billing department misinformed me. I understand that it was a "procedure;" however, it would have been nice for the office to let me know that there would be additional charges outside of my copay, especially since this was an in-network provider.

I made a last minute appointment an hour before the scheduled time this morning for an issue I was experiencing with my left ear (it had started 4 days ago and only got worse). After calling 9 different offices in the area, I utilized the online appointment booking tool on ENT & Allergy Associates’ website which was incredibly helpful. I instantly received the confirmation email for my appointment. This was the ONLY office that was able to accommodate me on such short notice for a same-day appointment — I’m so grateful! The office is beautiful, new, and very clean. The waiting room was a bit noisy, but understandable due to the amount of children and families waiting. It wasn’t an issue for me. Check-in was SO easy (completed online after receiving a text from the office with a link to the forms) and the front-desk staff could not have been nicer. Upon being brought into my examination room, the nurse was very kind and didn’t take too long to ask me the basic questions. Dr. Zarina Sayeed came into my room shortly after. I explained my situation to her and she instantly alleviated the pain and discomfort that I had been feeling for days. It took less than 10 minutes. Dr. Sayeed was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. I’m so appreciative of her help and will definitely return to this office if I have any future issues!

Horrible practice. Long wait time at the practice, and god forbid you call. You're on the phone forever and when you think you are going to be connected you are disconnected. which makes it impossible to connect the representatives. Also, they sent my copay amount to collections with no follow up at all!

Really a well-oiled machine, this office. I was checked in super quickly, seen within ten minutes, and Dr Gavina was very intense lol but no-nonsense, to the point, and efficient, which I very much appreciate. Took my concerns seriously, and scoped my nose/sinuses without giving me PTSD (if you insist you know!)
Highly recommend. My meds were sent quickly and I have to give tons of kudos to the office staff (PSRs/MAs/RNs). Excellent and efficient!

I came here on Tuesday. Staff was super nice and the offices were super clean. Dr. Lebovitz was fun and knowledgeable. I also had a hearing test and the audiologist was so kind and nice! I do have to get bilateral hearing aids. I go back to get fitted for them and will update again later!

Dr. Gravina is an amazing doctor with profound knowledge in his field coupled with a strong bedside manner. Going to the doctor makes me very anxious but Dr. Gravina is calm, deliberate, and very caring. He made me feel comfortable right away. Over the course of our visits it was decided surgery would be the best option for me. Last week Dr. Gravina operated on me and this week I am breathing better than I have in years, possibly even decades. My life is already changed drastically. You can trust this office and you can definitely trust Dr. Gravina.

My child’s Pediatrician referred us for further examination after spotting an atypical growth in his ear. The first doctor we saw at the practice (a specialist in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery) mid-diagnosed my son on two separate visits, before referring us up the ladder to a specialist who very quickly disagreed with her diagnosis. It felt like there was one, if not two, totally unnecessary appointments (time and money wasted). Additionally it was 50 minutes past our appointment time before we were taken from the waiting room at the last visit. I’d give fewer stars except I have run into practitioners here that are excellent (most recently Dr. Chandrasekhar)

The people at the billing department are the worst people. The customer service is very bad. They are trying to send the disputed bills to collection rather than sending a reminder or explanation. They suppose to send one or two reminder before sending it to collection. They suppose to charge one co pay per Doctor's visit but they are charging more than one co pay per visit without informing us and without any explanation. I am dealing with medical disputed bills for more than 20 years (Atlantic Health, Summit Health etc.) but no one send our disputed bills to collection except this ENT company. And the disputed bills are only less than 6/7 months but sending to collection without explanation and reminder is very rude.
