My wife and I both had to re-new our driver's license today. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with new driver's licenses. Camille, the lady who helped us and worked with us was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable about her job and explained everything. When she got through she had already answered any questions we had so we didn't have to ask them. She was very professional and at the same time very personable and she has a great personality and great sense of humor, She had us laughing. It is a great place to take care of business. I'm sure all of the employees are good but we were lucky enough to Get Camille.

I just went in to inquire about what I would need to renew my real ID. Because Camille was so friendly, once she told me I didn't need any additional documentation, I decided to just get it done today! Unfortunately you don't normally have a friendly experience at the OMV or DMV. Camille is friendly, refreshing and delightful!

Although they were pretty busy, it took less time than a typical OMV. Location was easy to find and you don’t need an appointment. Renette was the agent who helped me and she was lovely. So kind and a friendly face! She explained everything really well and got me all set up for my Real ID. I will definitely go to her again!
