Arabella of Red Oak is an amazing place! My grandmother stayed here, and she absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made her feel right at home. She couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful the food was—especially the tomato soup! It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such a warm and caring environment. Thank you to the entire team at Arabella for taking such great care of her. Highly recommend!

Arabella of Red Oak is an outstanding Assisted Living and Memory Care. Their staff go above true "Care" to ensure residents live safely, have lots of activities and the food is delicious and plentiful. Their educated staff knows how to deal with people that are experiencing Alzheimer's/Dementia.
Arabella helps it's resident's live a rewarding life to the best!!!!

Our mother recently passed while at Arabella of Red Oak. (Christmas 2024) She had been a resident for 13 months. This was our second senior living facility and our favorite by far. The caregivers are kind and helpful. My mother needed the top level of care and they were able to give it. We had cameras in the rooms and could monitor always. My mother felt loved by all of them, day and night. Ana and Tomi are caring Wellness Directors and make themselves available for communication at all times. Amanda runs a loving facility where the residents are made to feel ‘at home’. There will always be issues in any facility, but at Arabella when you bring an issue to their attention, they actually work to resolve it. We were very happy with the care given to my mother this last year and for their loving supportive attitude to all of us family members who visited often!
The caregivers were by my mother’s side through her last weeks as well as her last moments. We will always love them for that!

This a the best senior living in Ellis county. The community is top tier. The staff are professional and willing to go above and beyond. Raquel was so helpful in my tour and had a wealth of knowledge. This community has every amenity you could think of. The pool is huge and all the activities to keep you involved. The entire experience was amazing

I have to tell you, I am SO impressed with the care and comfort that the professionals at Arabella have demonstrated! I’ve toured everything and met with both Rachel and Fatima regarding their independent living, assisted living and memory care. I am confident in their care and compassion for their residents!

We just moved my Mom here and so far, the transition has been incredible! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating as this is new and we’re trying to figure things out. They have made Mom’s first weekend here easy, so she never felt alone! Thank you Arabella for your care and tenderness, and support as we make this transition. I have a relative that was living by herself and ir was time to find her a safe place. So I made a call too an 800 number. Arabella of Red Oak was the first to contact me. The lady told me she was already getting information together and we were interested in a tour she could do that now. So we went to visit her, she sat down with us and went over everything and then took us on a tour and showed us two apartments. We found a two bedroom apt we liked. We went home and discussed it snd called
