The people here have helped me for a couple of years. Always very nice and helpful. I am grateful for the assistance and information provided to me. When you leave a message they are sure to call you back. I am disabled and they have been God Sent. Truly Grateful 🙏

They were very helpful very kind and polite the place is neat and clean.they were very concern good housepitality. They help with a lot of things bills rent etc.They're nothing like the food pantry in Wilmer Texas that pantry there wants to charge you $10 to get food I'm sure none of the food that's coming in there came out of her pocket which
I'm sure is against policies. I will say you have a better chance with Saint Vincent center in Lancaster they really go the extra mile to help the residence in Wilmer if I can give a 10 star I will. St Vincent center they stick to they word. And there are not in the community to bamboozle the people. Great job keep up the good work God bless yall for your labor of 💕

My name is Amber Fields about a month ago I applied for rental assistance, Im on dialysis and disability. I supplied all my documents, and they just left me in limbo. when I finally was able to speak to someone they were rude and told me I could not get any type of assistance because it was not related to covid. But in fact my bills and grocery increased due to my kids having to stay home for school due to covid and my income did not change,and I fell behind on my bills. They waited almost 3 weeks to tell me and were very very rude. Not only that I had to keep calling to get that information I would never recommend them to help anyone.

They never answer the phone, never reply to emails, leave msg they never call back. I went in person they were closed 4days, the second time they were closed 5days. These ppl don't help nobody unless it's certain ppl they assist

This is something that I would love to share with you play Big T Society help people that are in need or having a hard time when they open their age if your past 60 years old Americans that you're having problems with you need to see a counselor st. Vincent they are very nice and productive people
