recently rented a Mazda 3 from this car rental service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Ryan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt an instant connection with him. His friendly, approachable demeanor made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ryan was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed.

The Mazda 3 was in pristine condition, even the stickers were not peeled out. It was a pleasure to drive, and exceeded all my expectations. I was honestly quite impressed he offered me this car considering i was a p-plate driver + the first to rent this car. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be returning for future rentals!

One of few car rental options for p-plate drivers. Service provided by Jay was probably the highlight of the experience - very helpful, responsive, accommodating and transparent - was a little nervous renting a car but it all worked out fine.

Just a minor hiccup at the start that my original rented vehicles got issues so they swapped out for another one, guess that happened at times. The Toyota Raize I got eventually was in good working condition (though turned out to be a little small for me).

Rented with AKA 2 times, and both times when I rented with them they never fail to deliver both good cars (definitely well maintained and up-kept compared to other car-sharing rental co.), despite the fact that the original car I rented had unexpectedly spoilt, I have been offered a replacement car which is newer at no extra charges. The AKA team, including Brandon and Jay were very helpful and accommodating to me regarding the car’s unexpected mechanical issues that popped up, even taking the effort to come down at midnight to check and resolve it.
Do support them and be assured that you will have a peace of mind when you rent with AKA, as they tediously clean and upkeep the car for their customers!
