I recently visited Dr. Doreen Chua and was extremely impressed with the care I received. As someone who is extremely fearful of visiting the dentist, I only go when a toothache leaves me no choice. However, my experience with Dr. Doreen Chua has completely changed that. She was very professional, incredibly patient, friendly, approachable, cheerful and pretty too. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The 2 young female staff were polite as well. Additionally, there was no hard sell for unnecessary treatments, and the charges were very reasonable.

During the procedure, Dr. Doreen Chua was exceptionally gentle, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. If you're like me and dread going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Doreen Chua. She has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and reducing the fear and anxiety associated with dental visits. Thank you, Dr. Doreen Chua, for your exceptional care and for helping me overcome my dental fears.

My two adult children and myself have been under the care of Dr Lau for about 10 years. We love his friendliness, attention to details, and extreme patience to answer questions. I am impressed with him not losing the passion and enthusiasm as a dentist after all these years . We ever attempted to try other dentists for general cleaning closer to our house but none could match Dr Lau's mannerism and skills, and so we will still take the troubles to travel to Ghim Moh to see him. The charges are very reasonable too and he definitely would not anyhow push for additional treatments unless really necessary. We feel blessed and grateful to be Dr Lau's patients. I entered this dental place today as I was waiting for the next door clinic to be open to borrow their washroom. There was no one inside, I even called for attention to ask for permission. I felt urgent for no#2 hence i rushed to use. After I use of course the nurses and dentist are outside. I was told very sternly about having basic mannerism. I should have asked before using.
I said sorry immediately and said when I came in there was no one around.
The dentist kept on going on and on about basic manners and that there is public toilet at the corner at food court. Hey doc, I heard you the first time what was the reason you kept on saying that? You were screaming at the end. You were unhappy to have shared your toilet with public members.
I am one of the resident here and hereby will say i will never want to set foot at your clinic ever again. Considered you have lost me and family’s as ever being a customer. Just want to leave a comments hopefully you read this comments.

Brought my child 6yrs old go trim his chipped tooth to make it less edgy. Walk in at 3+pm and got to see the dentist about 10mins time. Only 1 patient in the room. My child went in and Dr Doreen was pretty friendly. Pretty and friendly. Lol. She did trimming in less then 3mins and all is done! So happy! My child is not frighten at all^^ Super efficient and it’s reasonable price $40. The fancy G Dental next door quote me $110 and Q&M quote me $70. Most importantly my child feels easy and the job is done quick with NO pain.

Before this, dentist was always like a torture, especially doing tooth fillings. The feeling of being forced mouth open for a long long time, so tiring and the drill was always like the dentist doing some kind of renovation or hacking down the wall.
Read a lot about Dr Doreen Chua, I'm usually not a believer of online review. So just went because they had the earliest slot. Happen to be assigned to Dr Doreen Chua, the online sensation.
She really lived up to her reputation. Nothing like all the dentist I've been to in many past decades.
First time doing a major hole filling for 2 teeth was so comfortable and relaxing. The speed was amazingly fast too.
Pricing very reasonable.

First time visit to this clinic, but its more than what I had expected..very skillful, polite and friendly dentist (Dr Doreen) and very nice receptionist cum Nurse. Price are very reasonable and affordable. Have recommended to my working colleques& friends as well...

First time here too. Somewhat urgent treatment needed after part of my tooth cracked off. Dr Doreen was super proficient, precise and worked at a furious pace, yet managed to stay gentle the whole time.
