The worse tasting cup of Oolong Milk Tea I've ever tasted in my life literally! There is no taste of the oolong tea at all, no taste of the milk. I can smell the tea but it is like water with pearls. Don't bother to go there.

Rude Malaysian chinese female staff with thick lips and spectacles. She's so curt and rude in her replies and when I told her no ice in my drink she rolled her eyes at me. I hope the management can retrain this staff or replace her with someone who is happy to work there. When i asked her what is passion pop (a topping in the menu) her reply is "you put in mouth and pop". Very descriptive answer indeed. I'm not saying she needs to give a perfectly detailed answer in excellent english but it is her vibe and her body language that tells you she has given up working in this outlet. No greetings when customers approach the counter, she just stares at you angrily while you look at the menu. Also I the drink is overly diluted and have not much taste at all. I don't even get a caffeine kick when I ordered a pu-er. Paying $4.40 for bland tasting tea and bubble served with distasteful customer service is one establishment I'll never patronize again.

good service provided by the guy who wore specs and short haired lady working on 8 Apr 2024 (430pm ish) these young staff seems to know how to work in the customer service line. keep it up!

Bad service, super slow order 3 drink and took them almost 10min to do and have to keep repeating the order 2-3 time 1 of my order was Oreo oat milk mochi w pearl but instead got fresh milk And the worst is I’m lactose intolerant.

I have ordered Brown sugar boba milk @ Holland village on 9th June 2023 (1.20 PM). Taste is not good as compare to other outlets. Very disappointed and had a bad experience.
