Quiet and cosy corner for a light dessert. Soft and bitsy ice form the base of this dessert. Rather pricey though for a bowl of dessert. The matcha, strawberry and mango are my favourites. I went with a mango on a warm humid day while waiting for my meeting to start. It did satisfy my tastebuds and quench my thirst! Just to relax and unwind a bit from the bustle and hustle city. 😋 yum…yum 🤩

First visit here and I think it serves the best bingsu I ever had in sg. Tried Melon Bingsu and mango yuzu. Love the berries waffle as well and size is just nice for a dessert! Pity I didn’t take the bingsu pic as it landed into our stomach too fast! Overall good quality but wished the price could be slightly cheaper will be ideal!

Had an incredible experience at this bingsu place! The bingsu was absolutely amazing for just $10.90, the portion was huge, totally worth the price, and tasted fantastic. Every bite was a delight! Service was impressively fast, so we didn't have to wait long to enjoy our dessert. To top it off, the atmosphere was perfect - the place had a great vibe and an amazing view that made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for delicious bingsu, great service, and a wonderful setting! Will definitely be coming back

amazing shaved ice in a super nice location as well! I ordered the matcha with ice cream. it came with mochi below the shaved ice as well which was a pleasant surprise. i would definitely recommend coming here for a sweet treat, and ill be coming back to try the strawberry shaved ice bowls!

Plan A Dessert Cafe is located on Level 2 of Star Vista with plenty of seat options. No Aircon but is comfortable enough. The regular bingsu was good enough for 2 pax. Nice place for catch up with friends after dinner.

Magnificent find on the second level of Star Vista. There’s one for one small bowls on Mondays and the price point and portion size are great!

The shaved ice is very fine and soft, and the ingredients are mixed perfectly. Wonderful cold snack in hot hot Singapore!

After dinner at Star Vista, my family and I were on the lookout for a dessert place and happened to chance upon Plan A Dessert Cafe. Located away from the bustling crowds on the lower levels of the mall, the cafe is situated on the second floor, offering a dining view of the Star Vista Atrium.

They have a wide selection of Bingsu flavors, and after some deliberation, we settled on a large bowl of Choco Banana. Firstly and most importantly, the shaved ice was perfect—soft like snow and deliciously milky. The toppings of banana, chocolate ice cream, oreo bits, and whipped cream were fantastic, making for a fail-proof flavor combination.

I will definitely be back again when I am in the area to try their other Bingsu flavors. I highly recommend Plan A if you are looking for a pleasant dessert place to enjoy great Bingsu with your friends and family or to treat yourself!

The parents declared that this is nicer than Nunsaram. I have no point of comparison because I can’t remember the last time I had a bingsu. However, the ice shavings were fine and there was an abundance of mangoes, cranberries and cornflakes. I don’t usually like to eat whipped cream, but theirs was light and fluffy.

The bingsu comes in Petite, Small and Large sizes. My mum ordered the Green Tea Nature in Petite, while dad and I shared the Mango Yuzu in Large. Price was quite expected, we paid $26.40 for both bowls.
