This has been my go to location to donate blood since 2020 and up until this past weekend all experiences have been positive. On Saturday, 10/16, I had scheduled a late afternoon appointment in response to the call center reaching out to me. When I arrived just before my appointment time - I was informed that it would be approximately a 45 minute wait to even be screened for donation. The staff member working the front desk showed zero empathy for the fact that I had an appointment time. The excuse given was that the appointment book was full and that they had accepted walk ins during the day. I would have been willing to wait to donate if they had completed the screening, but it was close to their closing time and I had the sense they wanted me to leave. When the call center called me on Monday to reschedule and I declined due to the issues on Saturday, I was told the issue would be escalated. The email I received later was not satisfactory and did not indicate that anything regarding operations would change. This experience has me questioning if I want to donate here again.

COME HERE to donate for your first time! I could not tell you how easy and how much the whole staff makes someone feel! Especially Trinity who took care of me and was so overwhelming with making sure I was ok and taken care of while going through the process! Not only that but Amy along with Claudia such great powerful woman with what they do! Come HERE !

My wife and I have been into Versiti for multipe times over the past 4+ years. We were both in yesterday. Staff are always pleasant, process is easy, and it feels good to be doing something that will help another human being live. Thanks Versiti!

I donate platelets 24 times each year. The staff is always professional; always polite; always informative; and always do their jobs as I read during the process. It is so important to donate any blood serum for the many people in dire need. I donate for the many cancer patients who really, really need what I can freely offer.
