I didn't realize that 2 of my cats already had an AVID membership as I had signed them up with another company but had to pay yearly. I just happened to be googling and found that they had an account. I called as I couldn't access anything and spoke with Annette Lupardo. She was amazing! Out of my 3 cats, 2 were already registered and ready to go, I added my third and updated all my information. She was so helpful providing me my member ID anddd changing my email as an old email from many years ago was registered. I will continue to make sure my data is updated and that all future pets are registered with AVID. You can't beat a one time fee of less than $40 for peace of mind. Thank you so much for your help!

Have had an Avid chip in our dog for 10 years. I have only had to call them to advise of change of address but every time the interaction has been 5 Stats. The agent has always been friendly, professional, easy to communicate with and importantly protective, of sensitive information. I want to give a special shout out to Annette Lupardo who was the last Avid agent I spoke with a few days ago. I highly recommend Avid for peace of mind if your pet gets separated from you and their customer service is 5 Stars.

I recently discovered my 12-y-o dog's plastic Avid ID tag on the floor of my home, as the plastic at the top of the tag had split, causing it to slip from her collar. I dreaded calling Avid, as some of my contact info needed to be updated, and I was sure the combination of updating and acquiring a replacement tag would be a hassle. Nothing could've been farther from the truth! My call was routed to customer service representative Annette Lupardo, who was beyond helpful! Annette helped me update my contact info and order a replacement tag-- and the whole process was completely hassle-free! I love the peace of mind that the Avid ID system provides for pet parents. 2 of my dogs have Avid pet tracking and the website is easy to use and I recently had one of my rescue dog's chip transferred from the rescue as primary to me. The rescue was moved to secondary. The process was very easy through their customer service.
