It’s a very close nit environment of people and support Friday nights are great after nine for karaoke . Never thought I’d have a great time out on a Friday and being sober and singing without any liquid courage and lots of other great singers

This place is my home away from home, it's always nice to go some place where everyone knows your name.. Love my AA family. They have loved me until i could learn to love myself, amazingly they all still love me.. I recommend this place to anyone far and near, we are all here to welcome you.😉

Truly a horrible experience. As a newcomer to be pointed at and told I'm the person with the least time sober from people I don't even know. Literally. I've never been to a meeting before ever anywhere in my life.
I truly felt horrible there and to be asked by basically everyone multiple times what my name is felt NOT ANONYMOUS!
But truly to have no clue who anyone is and someone to ask who is the person with least time sober and have people pointed to at me and say him he's the one with the least time sober was mortifying.
This, my first ever experience with A. A. HAS ME SO STRESSED AND ANGRY AND UPSET I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW IN A BAR AS I DRINK WHICH I HAVEN'T DONE FOR A LONG TIME UNTIL THIS MEETING.
If these meetings are all about shaming people then I don't know why people go other then they hate themselves.
I truly felt demeaned tonight. Like lesser of a human being because of the people in club 51.

The club has been referbished since the last time I was there, 15 years ago. The rooms were clean,no smell of smoke and the doors were closed for privacy. I was greatly impressed and plan on going back.

A wonderful place for the newcomer. Easy to get a commitment. Make some coffee or set up the chairs. Many Old-timers. Plenty of choices for a sponsor. Meetings every day.
