Absolutely tragic experience. The young lady that is often working at this place is amazing, but the old lady locks the door even before close at 8-9pm and starts screaming and complaining to customers as she cleans up the laundromat.

If you want a solid experience check out some other place.

Great place! Handles wash and fold very well and has it ready very quickly and very nicely packed. They even had a great deal for this November where you got a free comforter wash with 30+ lbs. of laundry.

Prices aren’t listed correctly on the website. I chose this laundromat because the price of the queen comforter is listed as $18, which is reasonable, and they offer pickup and delivery, which went smoothly (although minimum time the website allowed was 4 days - Saturday to Tuesday, which is long). However, I was charged $18 plus $1.99/lb for the same item. I didn’t know this based on the website. The items came back clean and nice, but just know that if you send a comforter, you will pay $1.99/lb + $18 charge which comes out to almost $40 if your comforter is 10 lb, for example, like a winter one. That is too expensive for me, and I did not know it up front. I called the laundromat and the staff was polite, explained that the price is by weight plus extra charges for larger items. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she would ask the manager to call this evening, but I waited 3 hours and never received a call back. I’m glad the items are in good condition, but I will not return to this laundromat because the fees are higher than listed, the minimum delivery time was long, and the customer service was not able to resolve the issue.
